In partnership with The BABEL Research Lab at the University of Arizona, Vozariz is developing technology around the Functional Language Proficiency (FLiP) task, an asset based language assessment for English-Spanish bilinguals. The FLiP is a novel task, conceptual framework, and measurement approach based on bilingual communication practices.  The framework quantifies children's functional language proficiency.
